Well, evolution has adapted homo sapiens to have larger brains than our next nearest cousins which we split off from about 1 million years ago as we are 99% DNA similar you see? So as far as calling Knuckle unintelligent because god gave him few brains, well scientifically that makes no sense. And if a god was going around giving humans inferior brains why on earth would you wish to follow such a loose cannon who would pick and choose who gets what?
